Return & Exchange Policy – BlubyS
We keep it simple and fair.
Eligibility
*Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
*Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact
Packaging (Important)
All products are shipped in our signature packaging.
To be eligible, items must be returned with original packaging (Tin can + Box) in proper condition.
Exchanges
*Exchanges are allowed for size issues and damaged products.
*Subject to availability
*Once exchanged, the item cannot be exchanged or returned again
Pickup
Reverse pickup will be arranged where available.
If not serviceable, the product must be self-shipped by the customer.
Refunds
*Processed to the original payment method after quality check
*Please allow 5–7 business days after approval
*Shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
